Pre-School Program
This program is designed to help your child’s healthy development, learning different movements of their body, listening and fallowing coach instructions. Socializing with other kids of the same age, playing and having fun with new gymnastics friends.

An introduction to rhythmic gymnastics, where are kids will learn correct body posture, coordination, train memory, learn some basic gymnastics skills and will be using different gymnastics apparatuses such as jump rope, ball, hula hope, ribbon.

Competitive Team
There is a big commitment to become a part of competitive team. Girls will be practicing on a daily basis stretches, body conditioning, balances, jumps, turns, apparatus techniques to improve their strength and become an amazing athlete.

Kids – Pop
Hip Hop is a combination of different street dance styles that got created back in the 1970s in New York and became popular in the United States.
Off Ice Stretching
Physical and stretching preparations are very important keys to be successful on ice. Our main focus is to work on balances, jumps, rotation which will improuve on ice performance.
Adult Stretching
Physical health is related to our body flexibility. Performing stretches on a daily basis not only improve your performance but reduce risk of injury and release tensions in your muscles.
