Beginner Classes
An introduction to rhythmic gymnastics, where are kids will learn correct body posture, coordination, train memory, learn some basic gymnastics skills and will be using different gymnastics apparatuses such as jump rope, hula hoop and ball.
Beginner Classes are for kids from 5 years old and older without any previous gymnastics experience. Beginner program is 1 hour class. It is possible to sign up for once or twice a week.

Intermediate Classes
The duration of Intermediate Class is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Kids starting from 6 years old who are able to do some basic gymnastics skills can access this program. Classes are focused on improvement and variation of different techniques of the skill and preparation to move to the advance level.

Advance Classes
We are welcome kids from 8 years and older with some previous gymnastics or dance experience. Advance program is 2 hours class twice a week. Girls will be learning advanced gymnastics skills, doing some stretching and flexibility exercises, practicing with new apparatuses such as ribbon and clubs. After completing advance program kids will have possibility to move to competition level.
